Classes

fundamentals

Are you new to fitness or maybe just new to rowing?  This class is a great place to get your feet wet!  We go in depth on proper rowing form and how to assure you are getting the most out of each workout.  We also focus on proper form off of the rower by touching on the key exercise movements that make up our programing like Squats, Lunges, Pushups, Planks and more to assure your form is safe, effective, and efficient!

Total Body Row

This class is all about metabolic conditioning, or conditioning the body's energy systems to make it more efficient at burning fat and building lean muscle!  Expect a mix of different work and rest intervals on the rower and off the rower as we mix burst of rowing with functional strength exercises specifically curated to torch body fat and build lean muscle.  From sprints and endurance pushes on the rower to Squats, Lunges, Pushups, and Planks on the mat, this 45-minute class is a true total body workout that hits every major muscle group - every class - every time!

Power

This 45-minute rowing only class is high-energy, low-impact and easy on the joints.  It mixes long endurance intervals and short sprint intervals together and is designed to build endurance, strength, stamina and overall power.  This class is a "cardio junkies" dream and excellent cross training tool for runners looking to go the extra mile.  Each workout will leave your legs, core, and arms burning in a good way!

strength circuit

This is a circuit style class created to build functional strength, explosive power, and increase your stamina as you rotate from station to station hitting every major muscle group on your body over a 45-minute class.  It will maximize your body's ability to melt fat and build lean muscle by combining muscular strength, muscular endurance and metabolic movements.  While all classes including "Strength Circuit" use the rowers, this class is more focused on training with Dumbbells, Suspension Trainers, Bulgarian Bags (Sandbags), and Body Weight Exercises keeping the rowing to a minimum.
